Tubing can be used instead of bands to do strengthening and stretching exercises. They give resistance throughout the exercise and can be fixed to just about anything to provide a stable position to exercise from. Again, very versatile as they do not take up much room and you can exercise with them anywhere. They come in all different strengths so that you can progress your exercises. It is good to have a collection of a few different strengths as some exercises may require a light resistance and others much heavier.
