We have run individual exercise sessions (not group sessions) for pregnant women. Each session is developed by a pilates trained women’s health physiotherapist who can offer advice for dealing with pregnancy related conditions and is tailored to your individual needs and abilities.

Prenatal reformer Pilates uses a machine called a reformer, a more strenuous form of yoga Pilates. In contrast, focused Pilates has been scientifically designed for your body while you are pregnant.
Pregnancy yoga is good, but we recommend Pilates as it's more targeted at the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Our antenatal programs are created by trained physiotherapists who know exactly what exercises are best for you during this time, developed during your private consultation.
Yep! Pilates is a great, low-impact workout for each stage or trimester. It promotes flexibility and balance and can help with back pain by building up your core to support your spine.
Pilates is widely recognised and approved and is very beneficial for pregnant mothers, as is postnatal Pilates after childbirth.Under our guidance, and provided all is going well, you can participate in prenatal Pilates and massage and attend other focussed courses right up until the big day.
