TENS Machines

Tens machines are great if you have ongoing chronic pain. Sometimes you just need a bit of pain relief and using a tens machine on your chronic low back or knee pain can help. These electronic medical units are portable, battery operated and easy to use.  Your physiotherapist will teach you how to use one properly so that you get the best out of it. They do need to be applied correctly and settings need to be adjusted for your specific problem.
