The Wheat Packs are wheat in a rectangular corduroy pack. These provide a gentle heat however it is recommended that you use caution when heating these up in the microwave. If overheated they can be combustible. We suggest that you place a cup of water in the microwave when heating so as not to over dry the wheat. They should also be replaced regularly as per the manufacturer instructions.
Everyone needs a hot pack at home in case of pain or injury. They are a great natural therapy for pain relief.
