Shoulder Pulley

A shoulder pulley is a simple device which can be attached to any closed door. By pulling on the handles each upper limb assists the other to lift the shoulders up. This creates lubrication in the joint and can help to improve range of motion in the shoulders. Sometimes they are used after shoulder surgery as there is no pressure on the shoulder joints when using one to assist improvement in the movement of the joint.
